    This viral pastry was led by Pastry Chef Scott Cioe and Boulanger James Belisle in New York City. This brought back memories of my time spent working under the creator of the Cronut Pastry himself in 2017. This pastry pays homage to the wonderful team I worked alongside at Dominique Ansel Bakery!

It is a bit salty and lightly sweet and has a peanut aroma. The chicken is salty, fresh and slightly spicy, paired with our house-marinated fried tofu, fresh red onions and parsley to enhance the freshness. Finally, we use our house-made lemon garlic drizzle as a finishing touch on the freshly baked pizza and give the overall taste bringing a hint of fruity fragrance.

We use very fresh ingredients blended with ricotta cheese. It smells like fresh air after a rain. Fresh and slightly sweet. Its toppings retain the original flavour of the ingredients to a great extent and they are independent of each other without taking away the characteristics of other toppings. This also allows the ricotta cheese base to stand out. We add some balsamic glaze over the pizza to enhance the flavour after baking. This is a pizza with a distinctive and balanced flavour, a great snack that can be paired with coffee.”
